Why Do You Need To Correct Your bunions.
You need to correct your bunions and bent toe to prevent the following…
Pain and Discomfort: One of the most common symptoms of bunions is pain and discomfort, especially when walking or wearing shoes. The bony protrusion that forms on the side of the foot can rub against shoes and cause irritation, blisters, and calluses. As a result, people with bunions may find it difficult to walk or stand for long periods of time, and may have to avoid certain types of shoes altogether.
Limited Mobility: In addition to pain and discomfort, bunions can also limit a person’s mobility. The misalignment of the big toe can cause the foot to become unstable, making it harder to balance and walk properly. This can lead to a decreased range of motion and difficulty performing everyday activities, such as climbing stairs or bending down.
Psychological Impact: Bunions can also have a psychological impact on a person’s daily life. Many people with bunions feel self-conscious about the appearance of their feet, and may avoid social situations or wearing certain types of shoes as a result. This can lead to feelings of isolation, low self-esteem, and even depression.
Financial constraints: The cost for the surgery to correct your bunions is about $4000 and due to current rate which has been an all time high has therefore increased the price of the surgery when converted to naira.

I bought this for my wife, who has a pretty bad bunion and sleeps with these on. We have tried so many different kinds of bunion splints, it’s ridiculous. According to her, this is the best one we’ve tried yet!
It is more comfortable than the others. It fits your foot in a more comforting way, that also allows for better adjustment. She has large feet for a woman, making many other splints feel crammed . This one did not feel that way and fit very well.
The ratcheting feature is better than others as well. It allows for more adjustment and holds tightly throughout the night.
There were some accessories that were nice to have too, as an added bonus.
All in all this really is the best bunion splint we’ve tried out of at least a dozen.

I’m a mechanical engineer, and this is a well designed and built product. I was manually stretching my toe for 6 months before making the decision to try the Donnetty, I’m sure that helped. I adjusted the toe angle before putting it on, toe strap first, you could break it if trying to ratchet it under tension. You need to fiddle with the straps and positioning until it’s right for you. The straps seem to stretch a bit while wearing, I’ll tighten them once a session. I wear it for 4 -6 hours (it becomes a little painful after that time) either during the day or in bed. A screw on the ratchet fell out twice, so I use Loctite on it and no problem since.
Bottom line, my toe is straightening, I noticed it the first day. I don’t think it will remove the big lump in the bone, But I don’t feel that is a problem.
